Lemme share a story with you guys. I go to the park for a morning walk every day. There one lady also come for a walk. I look at her every day and thinks what she does to her skin. Her skin glows that too is the pink glow. One day, I could not stop myself and asked her what you do, so that your skin glows so much. She said she takes coconut water every day. she added, nothing will happen in one or two days, eventually, your skin texture will improve.
That day I came home and I did a research on the health benefits of coconut water. Seriously guys It not only does wonder to your skin but also has ton and tons of health benefits.


So Today on my blog I am going to share some amazing health benefits of coconut water.

Coconut Water: A brief

Coconut water is the clear liquid which comes from a palm tree also called coconut palm. It has only 19calories in the 100ml amount of coconut water. Coming to its nutritional value, coconut water is 95% water and 4% carbohydrates, with 1% protein and total fat. It also contains small amount of vitamins and dietary minerals.
It has significant Electrolyte content and used as energy Drink or sports drink. Tender coconut contains around 200 to 1000 ml of water, depending on its size.

Oh My God, This is so embarrassing. But sometimes It happens with us. We use expensive shampoo conditioner to get rid of dandruff. But DO YOU KNOW coconut water has anti-fungal properties that help to control your dandruff with no time.
So What we need to do?

Take some Coconut water and 2 teaspoons of Neem oil. mix it well. Apply it on your scalp. leave it for 1hour Then wash it with water. Apply this pack twice or thrice a week to see the visible result.

NOTE: Neem Oil has antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties.
